Volunteering in Cuba is an invitation to walk alongside local communities through pastoral ministry and faith formation. If you feel called to serve with humility, listening, and a deep sense of accompaniment, there is a place for you here.

What kind of volunteers are welcome?

Minimum suggested stay: 6 months, to allow meaningful relationships and immersion in local life

Adults with a spirit of faith and commitment

What can volunteers do?

Participation in retreats, spiritual workshops, and liturgical celebrations

Parish-based and diocesan ministry

Faith formation and catechesis for children, youth, and adults

Support for pastoral teams and local leaders

Accompaniment in daily community life

Volunteers are welcomed not for what they bring, but for who they are — witnesses of faith willing to live, pray, and serve with others.

Where?

Locations vary depending on community needs and discernment. You will be guided in choosing the best placement in coordination with local sisters and lay leaders.
