Parenting workshops: emotional regulation, anxiety, bullying, and family guidance
Home visits and support during medical appointments or paperwork
Basic digital literacy (use of cellphone/tablet)
Recreational activities: knitting, sewing, light exercise
Prayer and contemplation workshops, spiritual support
Participation and leadership in Bible study groups
